Other topics discussed includes trade secret, unfair competition, the interface between IP and gender, and the national, regional and international framework for the protection and promotion of IP.The subject matter of this Book deals entirely with a new sphere of law. Intellectual Property Law does not originate in Nigeria like other Common Law subjects. The subject came into vogue due to the economic importance of same.
