What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the item, the type of courier used and the distance from our head office.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery time after receiving payment (confirmation alert) takes 1-3 working days within Southwest/South east& South south and 3-5 days  to other locations.

Can I buy my product if I am living outside Nigeria ?

Yes. You can make your purchase anywhere In the world with your credit or debit card acceptable on our online payment system and we shall ship your order to your address through our courier partner- FedEx.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive a Tracking number on your phone which will be use to track your order once shipped or an SMS notification or Whats app message.

How do I cancel my order?

Log into your Firstway bookshop account and go to “my orders” page look for the item you want to cancel and follow the steps accordingly.

How long will it takes to get my refund after cancellation?

It takes maximum of 48 hours working days to get a refund. Kindly confirm from your bank in case there is any delay confirmation alert.

When can I cancel my order?

You can cancelled your order as long as it has not been shipped, Once shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Your entire amount for your order will be refunded once your order has not been shipped, call us or send an email for notification of your cancellation.

What can I do if i received defective/ damaged book from firstway bookshop?

If any order is delivered  to you in a defective/ damaged condition, please email to info@firstwaybookshop.com the pictures of the order at the time of opening your package for a replacement and send the damage book back to us through the same medium it was sent . We shall immediately send you the replacement copy and refund the cost incurred in sending the order to our office. If the order is not available in stock, an immediate refund shall be made to you soon as we receive the return copy.

What is Book Bundle?

It is a collection of books on related topics with a price slash. This collection of Book Bundles is based on our reading experience.

What If a customer is not interested in one or two of the books in Book Bundle?

A replacement or substitution can be made before shipping for equivalent number of books and equivalent prices. Please call and notify us for replacement.

What is clearance sales?

Clearance sales products are items  which have the following features:

updated versions of it  is in the market,

Excess of the inventory are present in  the store

Products age on the shelve

Parts affected by moisture

Edges having stain or turning brown.

How do I pay for a purchase?

Firstway Bookshop offers different payment methods, Firstway Bookshop Payment gateway partner use secured encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You may use internet banking, Firstway Bookshop Online payment gateway, offline mode like paying into the bank with Firstway Bookshop Bank account number. Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus& Paypal,

What are other hidden charges?

No hidden charges. The price listed for all the items with the shipping fee are final and all- inclusive.

How do I pay using Debit Card

You will need your card number, expiry date(optional for Maestro cards), three digit CVV number to complete the payment.

Is it safe to use my debit card on Firstway Bookshop?

Yes. Your online transaction on Firstway Bookshop is secured with a high level of transaction security using SSL Protocol so that the card details and all other sensitive data is protected  during transaction.

Can I use my Internet Banking feature to make payment

Yes. Firstway Bookshop offers you the convenience of using your bank’s internet banking service to transfer directly from your account to Firstway Bookshop account .

How to Place Order

Step 1: Click  the item you intend to buy
Step 2: Click  on “View the Cart” You can continue shopping by updating your cart.
Step 3. Click on “Proceed to Check Out”. Fill in the Billing details.You will be required to fill in Postcode of your country e.g 234 for Nigeria.
Step4. Choose a payment system; Debit/credit card or Direct Bank transfer.
Step 5. Then click on “Place Order” You will  be required to enter your card information or do Bank transfer using any of the accounts provided.
An invoice is generated that  will be sent to your mail which will serve as payment evidence.
