Legal method is the only law subject being offered by part one law students of Nigerian University (the students) under the new Nigerian university commissions (NUC) approved syllabus for law. While many law students usually excel in courses taken in other cognate faculties with conisderable ease. It is regrettable that most of them have not been performing very well in legal method.It is therefore not unusual to find many students in nadvance classes repeating the courses after many failed attempts. Exasperated by the poor performance of his ward in legal method,a senior colleague once advised the ward to seriously consider the option of transferring to one of the course in Humanities where he scored mostly B pulses.
