M. S. Saharan is a native from Ninan district Hanumangarh. He did his schooling from Govt higher secondary school Ninan district Hanumangarh. He did his Graduation and post graduation did from Govt. Dungar College, Bikaner. He did M.Phil in History from Pariyar University, Tamilnadu. He did his Graduation in Library Science from Kota Open University, Kota and Post Graduation in Library sciegce from Vinayka Mission University, Tamilnadu Salem. He is also BJMC from Kota Open University, Kota. He has PG diploma in Guiding and Counseling. He has long experience in his field. He is working as Educational Socialist in his working area at anupgarh and have involvement in various educational and social organization like M.S.
