ALOBO, ENI EJA is a senior lecturer in the Department of Public Law, Faculty of Law, University of Calabar, Calabar-Nigeria. He served as Head of Public and International Law, Faculty of Law, for two terms of four years. Alobo holds LL.B degree in Law, B.L from the Nigerian Law School, LL.M and Ph.D. in International Humanitarian Law. Alobo is currently an Adjunct Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Law, University of Port Harcourt Nigeria and a former visiting scholar, Faculty of Law, University of Uyo
