Description

The second edition of Introduction to Law of Evidence in Nigeria will provide the basic understanding on the Law of Evidence to students both at the undergraduate and the Law of Evidence to students both at the undergraduate and post-graduate levels. It presents a practical approach to issues that are not only based on the Law of Evidence and the Evidence Act but deals with non-legal issues. It clearly examines inadmissibility of evidence in line with the Evidence Act 2011 and the constitution of Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended where necessary.
