It is strange that our Governments both at Federal and at state levels never seriously consider the teaching of our secondary school system. Yet the governments are always talking at the top their voice about the need for the teaching of science and technology in our institutions of learning. It has never occured to our governments both at federal and state levels to bear in mind that one of the most effective ways to stimulate scientific and philosophical interest in youth is to start the teaching of history of philosophy and science at secondary school level.
