This book is designed to meet the academic needs of the students offering land law in the undergraduate and post-graduate degree programmes in the various Law Faculties in the Nigerian Universities, as well as Legal Practitioners. Land Law is a compulsory course in Nigerian Universities, and as such, the National Universities Commision (NUC) categorized it as a core course that must be passed by all law students as prescribed by the (NUC) minimum benchmark for Nigerian Universities.
