M Adithan has served as Professor and Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering at National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research, Chandigarh. He has also been a Visiting Professor in Manufacturing Engineering Department at Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, USA, and at University Technology, Malaysia. He has also served as an UNESCO Fellow at Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, USA. He has done BE (Hons.) (Mechanical Engineering) and M.Sc. (Production Engineering) from College of Engineering, Guindy, University of Madras, and Ph.D. (Mechanical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He has published a number of research papers in national and international journals, is co-author of several textbooks and other instructional materials.

B S Pabla has served as Professor of Mechanical Engineering at National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research, Chandigarh. He has obtained his BE, ME and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has organised a number of training programmes in the area of Manufacturing Technology and CNC Machines: Programming and Operations. He has also published and presented many papers in national and international journals and conferences.
