Introduction to the land use and management law  is meant to provide the basic understanding on  the law and practice relating to real estate or property law to students both at the undergraduate and post graduate levels. it  presents a practical approach to issues that are not only based on the land law  and the land use Act but deals with non-legal issues as well. it early examines the administration of land in line with the land use act 1978 and the fedaral Republic of nigeria constitution of 1999 as amended where necessary.
